You got me there, as carlsberg72 did a poor job of explaining what was meant by usual rules. However, most people have figured them out by looking at a series of other posts. One could also look at carlsberg72's three examples which are London, Nairobi and Innsbruck, in that order. First letter of Nairobi matches last letter in London, first letter of Innsbruck matches last letter of Nairobi, etc. I didn't mean to lose my patience with you but but it was the second time you mis-posted within a few days after I had pointed out the first one on 9/25. Sorry.
